The meme that everyone’s doing…
My playlist is really weird, and despite having only 200 songs, I think it’s a good indication of wide variety of music I end up listening to. That, and I realise I wouldn’t be able to do my own 30 songs despite just listening to all of them. Anyway, here goes:
Step 1: Put your MP3 player or whatever on random.
Step 2: Post the first line from the first 30 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing the song.
Step 3: Post and let everyone you know guess what song and artist the lines come from.
Step 4: Strike out the songs when someone guesses correctly.
Step 5: Looking them up on Google or any other search engine is cheating. no cheating, please

HINT: I cheated for number 9… it was the first line of the first verse, but not the first line of the song, which happens to be the song’s title.
More such lists from raydance, Direcow (hard and easy), crapshoot and pushupblah.

Well, yes… but I’d be damned if I have those tracks on my playlist.

Ed, you’re absolutely right.
I think it’s really ironic that someone who hasn’t seen his 20th birthday can pick out a David Bowie song.
